Personalized Teddy Bear Gifts FAQ
Yes. Simply create an order by choosing your bear, hoodie or jumper color, embroidery details, personalized card and confirm that all of the details are correct. Then click continue shopping and your order will be placed into your shopping cart. You can order as many bears as you’d like and then pay for them all with a single payment.
Note: You can ship each bear to different locations however they will each need to be paid for as a separate transaction.
Because we have facilities in both the United Kingdom and in the United States you can place your order from the site that’s closest to the recipient of your gift. Now you can get the same FREE shipping no matter which side of the pond you live.
In most cases orders placed before 3PM PST in the USA and 1PM GMT in the UK will be shipped the same day (All orders ship within 24 hours). It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for your Personalized Teddy Bear to be delivered in the US. We also offer expedited delivery (2nd day).

You can change (or cancel) your order providing your Personalized Teddy Bear hasn’t already been created or shipped.
Contact us toll free 888-833-3978 as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues with your order.
We offer 3 payment solutions.
Credit Cards: You can pay for your order using a major credit card or atm card with the Mastercard or Visa logo. We do not store any of your credit card information.
Paypal and Google Checkout: Paypal allows you to quickly pay using either a credit card, check or funds in your existing Paypal account.
